Business Development Associate

Working Days: 6 Days a Week Timings: 11am to 8pm

Location: Malad, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

1. Dealer C Channel Development

Identify, onboard, and manage dealers, distributors, and channel partners across regions. Expand network of audio retailers, system integrators, and rental companies.

Build long-term partnerships and ensure consistent business growth through the channel.

2. B2B Sales C Revenue Growth

Drive bulk sales of professional audio products including amplifiers, speakers, mixers, and related equipment.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Negotiate pricing, margins, and commercial terms with dealers and institutional buyers. Develop and implement sales strategies for market expansion.

3. Product Expertise C Training

Demonstrate solid technical understanding of pro audio systems and configurations. Train dealers and partners on product features, applications, and installation basics.

Support clients with solution-based selling for events, venues, studios,



and installations.

4. Key Account Management

Manage relationships with high-value clients such as event companies, rental firms, studios, and institutions.

Ensure repeat business and high customer satisfaction.

Handle escalations, after-sales coordination, and service-related concerns.

5. Demand Planning C Operations Coordination

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, inventory planning, and dispatch. Monitor stock movement across dealers and ensure timely replenishment.

6. Market Intelligence C Expansion

Track industry trends in professional audio and sound solutions. Monitor competitor pricing, product offerings, and dealer activities. Identify new business opportunities and untapped markets.

Preferred Profile:

Minimum 2-5 years of experience

Strong network with dealers, distributors, or system integrators preferred Good technical understanding of audio systems and setups

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
