About the Opportunity

We are looking for dynamic and experienced professionals from the Plotted Real Estate industry to join our leadership team in Navi Mumbai for the following positions.

1. Sales Head | 15+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage high-performing sales teams.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Manage channel partners and key stakeholder relationships.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of business targets.
- Build and mentor large sales teams.
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.

2. Marketing Head | 15+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies.
- Plan and execute ATL, BTL, OOH, digital marketing, and lead generation campaigns.
- Manage media planning & buying, branding, PR, and events.
- Drive customer acquisition and brand visibility.
- Manage marketing budgets, agencies, and vendors.
- Lead and mentor large marketing teams.





3. Branding & Creative Head | 10+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement brand strategy and positioning.
- Lead corporate branding and creative direction.
- Conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Manage visual identity, content strategy, and creative communications.
- Coordinate with creative agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Strengthen brand presence through innovative campaigns.

Preferred Profile

- Mandatory experience in the Plotted Real Estate industry.
- Proven leadership experience in managing large teams.
- Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent stakeholder management and decision-making capabilities.
- Solid communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
