Key Responsibilities:




Drive revenue generation of the clinic by ensuring effective recovery treatments, patient satisfaction, and retention.
Oversee and coordinate daily operations for smooth and efficient clinic functioning.
Lead, guide, and manage a team of doctors, ensuring performance standards and adherence to protocols.
Design, conduct, and participate in training & development programs to enhance team capabilities and service quality.
Monitor clinic performance metrics and ensure alignment with organizational growth objectives.
Collaborate directly with the CEO to provide updates, insights, and strategies for patient care improvements and clinic expansion.

Requirements:
BAMS/MD in Ayurveda with 46 years of clinical and leadership experience.
Proven track record in revenue generation and operational management.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to balance patient-centric care with clinic growth targets.
