Job Purpose - 1.Gathering and prioritizing product requirements, requirement analysis, working with development teams for implementation using agile methodology. 2.Conceptualization and implementation of new products. 3.Collaborate and communicate product road map, project status and issues to relevant stakeholdeDevelop clear visualizations of complicated business processes and ambiguous business requirements. 5.Responsible for product management and end-to-end project delivery 6.Convening and handling steering committee meeting and workgroup meeting with stakeholdeDefine processes, ensure execution and ongoing governance 8.Write operational policies 9.Implementation of strategic operational continuous improvement

Responsibilities

Following are Accountabilities and expected Major activities associated with the respective accountabilities

Team & Project Management

- Define processes, ensure execution and ongoing governance.
- Write operational policies
- KPI management
- End-to-end product delivery

Products
- Process re-engineering to identify any bottlenecks or required improvements in existing process
- Automation projects to eliminate manual dependency
- Collaborate and communicate product road map, project status
- Conceptualization and implementation of new products

Requirements gathering & Onboarding
- Review of approach documents and sign off




- Perform UAT with the agreed TAT
- On-boarding of banks / corporates / govt. departments to NACH / its related services like Mandates, API Services
- Managing relationship with top banks, govt. departments & corporates and resolving issues / challenges / any other queries raised by banks or govt. depts. or corporates

Product Responsibilities
- Product Conceptualization: To Understand market, customer trends, opportunities, user and bank / ecosystem pain points, how to differentiate regulatory understanding
- Product Design: Design Thinking, agile approach, customer experience
- Product Development: Design & document tech specification and test cases
- Product Go Live: Identifying pilot study and ensuring product success.
- Product Commercialization: Drive users, value, volume, ecosystem as well as Collaborate with Relationship Managers to drive the product objective
- Valuable to Have Skills Exposure to AI for building Products, Data Intelligence etc.
- And, Ability to understand and translate technical concepts such as APIs, integrations, AI models, and data-driven decisioning
