We are seeking a skilled R Shiny Developer with pharmaceutical industry experience to join our Data Engineering and Analytics team. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in R programming, R Shiny, data handling, data visualization, and healthcare/pharmaceutical data.

The candidate will be responsible for building and deploying interactive web applications using R Shiny, focused on data-driven insights and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive web applications using R Shiny.
- Ensure applications are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance.
- Handle large datasets while ensuring data integrity and quality.
- Collaborate with data engineers on ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
- Create interactive dashboards and data visualizations using tools such as ggplot2 and plotly.
- Perform data analysis and generate reports using R and other analytical tools.
- Work closely with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Document application development processes and follow best practices in coding, testing, and version control.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science,



Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in R programming and R Shiny.
- Proven experience in developing and deploying R Shiny applications.
- Experience with dplyr, tidyr, ggplot2, and plotly.
- Familiarity with SQL and database management.
- Experience with data engineering and ETL processes.
- Experience with Git or other version control systems.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is desirable.

Mandatory / Preferred Experience

- Pharmaceutical industry experience or familiarity with healthcare data is preferred.
- Knowledge of machine learning or advanced analytics is an advantage.
- Experience with Python or other programming languages is a plus.

Soft Skills

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Location: Remote
Salary: 1.2 1.5 Lakh per Month
Working Hours: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM
