Position Details

- Position: BIM Electrical Engineer
- Role: Electrical BIM Modeling
- Experience: 4-6 Years
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Electrical) / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Job Location: Client Site Navi Mumbai
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain Electrical BIM models using Autodesk Revit MEP.
- Perform multidisciplinary coordination with Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and ELV teams.
- Conduct clash detection and coordination using Autodesk Navisworks.
- Prepare shop drawings, construction drawings, coordinated drawings, and as-built documentation.
- Develop Lighting, Small Power, ELV, Fire Alarm, Earthing, Lightning Protection, Cable Tray, Conduit, and Equipment layouts.
- Prepare panel schedules, cable schedules, quantity take-offs, and project documentation.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and ensure compliance with client BIM standards.
- Maintain model quality through QA/QC and timely project deliverables.

Required Skills

- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Electrical BIM Modeling.
- Hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit MEP (Mandatory).
- Experience with Autodesk Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
- Strong understanding of Electrical systems including:




- Lighting
- Small Power
- ELV Systems
- Fire Alarm
- Earthing & Lightning Protection
- Cable Tray & Conduit Routing

- Experience in preparing Shop Drawings and coordinated BIM models.
- Good understanding of BIM workflows and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Experience with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) will be an added advantage.
- Site coordination experience is preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience

- Building, Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, Airport, Metro, High-rise Residential, Hospitality or Infrastructure projects.
- Experience in LOD 300/350/400 modelling.
- Knowledge of Revit Family creation and project setup will be an added advantage.
