- Diploma or Degree in Engineering with a recognized Safety certification (e.g., ADIS, NEBOSH, or RLI/CLI).
- 7 to 10 years of experience in industrial safety management.
- Mandatory experience in Industrial plant construction or heavy engineering environments.
- Expertise in conducting risk assessments, safety audits, and emergency response planning.
- Strong leadership skills to conduct tool-box talks and safety training for large workforces.
