- Prepare architectural working drawings, detailed construction and working drawings.
- Prepare and coordinate municipal approval drawings in compliance with development regulations and building codes.
- Manage online submissions through relevant government portals.
- Coordinate and follow up with municipal authorities and other government agencies to obtain necessary approvals and clearances.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress.
- Coordinate with builders, contractors, consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) or B. E. Civil Engineering applicants who are interested in architectural work.
- 0 to 2 years of skilled experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Familiarity with municipal approval processes and building regulations is desirable.
- Good understanding of construction drawings and detailing.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and meetings with government authorities, builders, contractors, and vendors.
- Candidates from Navi Mumbai, Thane & Raigad will be preferred.
