Logistics Executive

Location: Prabhadevi, Mumbai

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to manage end-to-end logistics operations and ensure the timely, efficient, and compliant movement of raw materials and finished goods. The ideal candidate will coordinate with transporters, vendors, warehouses, and internal teams to support smooth supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate transportation and monitor shipments from dispatch to final delivery.
- Manage logistics documentation, including invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and transporter records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with transporters, vendors, warehouses, and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries.
- Support inventory planning, stock movement, and warehouse coordination.
- Track inbound and outbound shipments and proactively resolve delivery issues.
- Prepare MIS reports and maintain logistics records with accuracy.
- Monitor transportation costs and support process improvements for operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile





- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
- Good understanding of freight management, transportation, inventory control, and warehouse processes.
- Knowledge of logistics documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Robust communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Warehouse Management Systems is an advantage.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Pharmacy, or a related discipline.
