We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Lead to lead the implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules. The ideal candidate should have solid functional expertise, excellent client-facing skills, and experience leading end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM projects.

Experience: 8 -15 Years

Location: PAN India

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and support projects.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and prepare functional solution designs.
- Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on business needs.
- Conduct Fit-Gap analysis, workshops, and requirement gathering sessions.
- Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, reports,



and data migration.
- Support SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities.
- Manage client communication and provide functional guidance to project teams.
- Mentor junior consultants and ensure timely project delivery.
