- In process inspection of RCC & finishing activities-
- Good knowledge in Aluform shuttering should be able to Inspect and approve Aluform
- Preparing Project Quality Plan (PQP) & Inspection Testing Plan (ITP).
- Should be aware about Quality software Apps to filled checklist & relevant documents.
- Positive knowledge of IS codes and latest trends in construction.
- Preparing method statement & Check list for all activities in projects.
- Conduct Third party test lab of received material at site and review the test result.
- Preparing MIS of project and send to HOD QA.
- Perform new material Demo/Mockup at site.
- Knowledge of QMS ISO documentation. ( Certified Internal auditor ISO 9001 2015 Preferred )
- Attend all internal and external audits as per QMS standard requirement.
- Ongoing activity training to contractor staff & employee.
- Review contractor practices of conventional & Aluform methodologies and make recommendations where remedial action is required.
- Implementation and monitoring of quality assessments at site.
- Proficient in snagging and desnagging process in residential projects.
- Shall have knowledge of Quality Tools use for data analysis , proficient in MS-Office .
- Shall be acquainted with the Quality Software and mobile application and its use across projects.
