Exp: 15 years (must have exp in developer company)

Location: Chakala, Andheri East

Job Role:

1. Lead and manage the overall design function across projects from concept to execution

2. Define and implement design strategies in line with organizational goals and project requirements.

3. Oversee architectural, interior, faade, landscape, and planning designs as applicable.

4. Coordinate closely with project, engineering, contracts, and execution teams to ensure design feasibility.

5. Review and approve drawings, layouts, specifications, and design proposals.

6. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, building codes, and applicable standards.

7. Optimize designs to balance aesthetics, functionality, cost efficiency,



and constructability.

8. Manage design timelines and ensure timely delivery of drawings and approvals.

9. Lead, mentor, and develop the design team to maintain high performance and creativity.

10. Co- ordinate with external consultants, architects, and design agencies as required.

11. Address design-related challenges during execution and provide effective solutions.

12. Stay updated with latest design trends, materials, technologies, and sustainability practices.
