Role & responsibilities:

- Assist in managing day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Prepare and review financial statements, invoices, and reports.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in financial reports.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline accounting processes.
- Assist in tax preparation, including GST computation and payment, audits, and regulatory compliance.
- Respond to financial inquiries from clients, vendors, and management.
- Utilize accounting software and tools to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy.

Preferred candidate profile :

- Bachelors degree in Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce (BCom/MCom/BAF) or CA Inter (Group A/Group B).
- 1-4 years of experience in an accounting or finance role is preferred.
- Experience in general accounting,



bookkeeping, and finalizing accounts.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software: Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or equivalent.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
- Communication Skills: Basic English, Hindi & Marathi/Hindi.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
