We're expanding our sales team and looking for driven professionals who can build strong client relationships and close deals with overseas clients.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to help grow 1Source BPO by selling our remote staffing, outsourcing, and virtual employee solutions to international clients, primarily in the US market. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in BPO/outsourcing sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting
- Conduct cold calling to identify and engage potential clients
- Execute email outreach campaigns to generate leads
- Perform LinkedIn prospecting to build a solid pipeline




- Schedule and set appointments with qualified prospects
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM
- Follow up consistently with leads and prospects until deal closure
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with international clients

Requirements

- 3-5 years of experience in BPO/outsourcing sales
- Proven experience selling outsourcing services to overseas/international clients (US market preferred)
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Strong cold calling and email outreach skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely
- Ability to work in US time zones (as required)
