- Design of Plumbing, Drainage, Water Supply, Rainwater Harvesting, STP/WTP, and Pumping Systems.
- Design of Fire Fighting Systems including Hydrant, Sprinkler, Hose Reel, Fire Pumps, and Fire Water Storage.
- Preparation of design calculations, equipment sizing, and hydraulic calculations.
- Preparation of BOQs, technical specifications, and tender documents.
- Coordination with Architectural, Structural, HVAC, Electrical, and other MEP disciplines.
- Preparation and review of detailed design drawings and layouts.
- Attend design coordination meetings and resolve technical queries.
- Ensure designs comply with NBC, NFPA, IS Codes, and local authority requirements.
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical/Civil Engineering.
- 16 years of experience in Plumbing and Fire Fighting Design.
- AutoCAD proficiency is mandatory.
- Knowledge of MS Office is essential.
- Familiarity with hydraulic calculations and MEP coordination.
- Good understanding of relevant Indian Standards, NBC, and NFPA.
- Ability to work independently and within project deadlines.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
