Role & Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed architectural, interior, and landscape drawings under the guidance of senior designers.
- Develop CAD drawings including plans, sections, elevations, layout plans, and construction details.
- Revise and update drawings based on design changes and consultant inputs.
- Coordinate drawing information with architects, landscape architects, and other consultants.
- Prepare working drawings, GFC (Good for Construction) drawings, and submission drawings.
- Maintain drawing standards, file organization, and documentation across projects.
- Assist in quantity take-offs, schedules, and drawing coordination.
- Support the team during site execution by incorporating site revisions into project documentation.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of project drawings.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in architectural, interior, or landscape drafting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Rhino,



Lumion, or Adobe Creative Suite will be an added advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings.
- Good understanding of drafting standards, detailing, and construction documentation.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative multidisciplinary design team.
