Work Mode: Remote(Frequent travel-Maharashtra and Gujrat)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Revenue & Sales
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while ensuring profitability and margin growth.
2. Project Sales Management
- Manage the complete project sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and execution.
3. Channel & Key Account Management
- Develop dealer/distributor networks and build strong relationships with consultants, EPCs, PMCs, and key customers.
4. Technical & Specification Selling
- Drive specification-based sales, provide technical solutions, and support pre-tender product approvals.
5. Business Development
- Identify current markets, track competitors, and expand business across key industry segments.

Commercial & Project Execution
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, support project execution, and ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Planning & Operations
- Maintain CRM, monitor sales pipeline, forecasting, collections, and collaborate with internal teams for timely delivery.
8. Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and drive the performance of the sales team through KPI management and accountability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Production (MBA preferred)
- 815 years of experience in MEP / modular supports / project sales
- Strong network in Western India
- Proficiency in CRM and MS Office
