Role & responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end software development projects.
- Plan project timelines, milestones, sprint schedules, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with development, QA, UI/UX, product, and business teams.
- Conduct Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
- Communicate project status with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with international clients across different time zones.
- Maintain project documentation, dashboards, reports, and delivery metrics.
- Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum and SDLC best practices.
- Drive continuous process improvement and delivery excellence.

Preferred candidate profile:





- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager in an IT Services or Product company.
- Experience working in a startup environment.
- Experience handling international clients and global project delivery.
- Exposure to client meetings across multiple time zones.
- Basic understanding of web and mobile application development.
- Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- International business travel experience will be an added advantage.
