Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Execution: Take complete, independent ownership of physical corporate events from initial brief to on-ground breakdown across multiple locations in India.
- Vendor & Premium Hospitality Procurement: Leverage an extensive personal network to negotiate and secure bookings with five-star hotel chains, banquet spaces, and premium venues.
- Production & Stage Management: Oversee technical vendors for audio-visual (AV) setups, sound engineering, LED displays, and custom stage fabrications (ranging from small corporate backdrops to large-scale stage builds).
- Travel & Logistics Fleet Management: Partner with travel agencies and premium taxi/fleet operators to manage seamless, multi-city transport and accommodation for corporate guests and delegates.
- Leadership Reporting: Work closely with the Director to provide regular updates on project timelines, operational roadblocks, and post-event analysis.
- Budgeting & Cost Optimization: Formulate, track, and tightly manage event budgets, ensuring aggressive negotiation with vendors to optimize costs without compromising quality.
- On-Ground Operations:



Travel extensively across India as per event requirements to supervise vendor setups, troubleshoot live issues, and ensure flawless execution.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of core experience in managing corporate events on-ground. Prior experience delivering events for the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or corporate lifestyle sectors is highly preferred.
- Role Type: Proven track record of operating successfully as an Individual Contributorsomeone who can execute independently without relying on an internal team.
- Vendor Network: An established, active roster of 5-star hotel contacts, transport operators, and fabrication vendors across major Indian hubs.
- Technical Expertise: Sound technical knowledge of up-to-date stage fabrications, structural safety, lighting, sound, and AV technical riders.
- Location & Travel: Must be based out of Mumbai (accessible to Goregaon West) and highly flexible to travel pan-India based on event demands.
