Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale IT/e-Governance projects.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, project timelines, risks, and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, security guidelines, and governance requirements.
- Drive process improvements, technology enhancements, and operational excellence.
- Coordinate with MoHFW, third-party auditors, and project stakeholders.
- Lead and manage teams of 40+ members, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

- 17+ years of IT Program/Project Management experience.
- Experience managing at least 2 GOI/State Government/UT Government IT projects.
- Proven experience handling large-scale IT/e-Governance projects.
- Robust knowledge of SDLC, RDBMS, System Integration, BI Tools, Tableau, and GIS Integration.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Project Management tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder, and client management skills
