Job Role & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for US-based customers.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Follow company policies and process guidelines.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an International BPO Voice Process.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Graduate or Undergraduate can apply.
- Comfortable working in complete night shifts.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Solid customer handling and problem-solving skills.
