We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, implement, and maintain ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development, workflow automation, integrations, and customization across various ServiceNow modules.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Develop and maintain Service Catalogs, Workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Integrations.
- Implement ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management, and CMDB.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and support REST/SOAP API integrations with third-party applications.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
- Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting activities.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and governance guidelines.
- Participate in platform upgrades, patching activities, and release management.
- Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer to support teams.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.




- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, AJAX, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with:
- ITSM
- CMDB
- Service Catalog
- Flow Designer
- Integration Hub
- Performance Analytics
- Discovery (preferred)

- Experience in REST/SOAP web services and API integrations.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, or SecOps modules.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with CI/CD implementation for ServiceNow.
- ServiceNow Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) knowledge is an added advantage.

Certifications (Preferred)

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) ITSM/ITOM/CSM or relevant modules
