- Product launch and selling should be key strength areas of the candidate.
- The candidate should be able to do direct sales to Retailers.
- Able to do target base sales daily.
- Should be able to do in-shop branding and proper utilization of POP material.
- To be able to search for Recent Distributors in their assigned areas and develop a distribution network as per Company Policy.
- Candidates with FMCG RETAIL SALES experience in the Detergent Industry, Soap, and Personal care products will be preferred.
