About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Python and React TypeScript Full Stack Developer to join our engineering

team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in building scalable web applications, designing

and consuming RESTful APIs and webhooks, and working across multiple database technologies

including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Microsoft SQL Server. Hands-on experience with machine learning

models is essential, as you will be responsible for integrating intelligent features into our products.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI)

on the backend and React on the frontend.

- Architect and implement RESTful APIs and webhook integrations to enable seamless

communication between internal and third-party systems.

- Build and manage database schemas, queries, and migrations across PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and

Microsoft SQL Server.

- Develop, fine-tune, and deploy machine learning models into production environments,

ensuring scalability and performance.

- Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to translate ML prototypes into robust,

production-ready features.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code with comprehensive unit and integration tests.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and sprint planning to maintain high

engineering standards.

- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement optimisations

to improve speed and reliability.

- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and DevOps best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and technical

excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in full stack development.

Strong proficiency in Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI)



and React with TypeScript, with a proven

track record of building and delivering production-grade full stack applications.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Extensive experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs and webhook-based

event-driven architectures.

Solid working knowledge of PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Microsoft SQL Server, including query

optimisation and data modelling.

Hands-on experience developing, training, and deploying machine learning models using

frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

Familiarity with ML pipelines, feature engineering, model evaluation, and deployment strategies

(e.g., MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes).

Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows.

Robust understanding of software engineering principles including SOLID, DRY, and design

patterns.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and within cross-

functional teams.

Nice to Have

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Familiarity with message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka) and event-driven microservices

architectures.

Exposure to NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems.

Experience with containerisation (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).

Knowledge of .NET MVC or WebForms is a plus.

Experience with data visualisation libraries (D3.js, Plotly, or similar).
