Proven ability to design scalable digital architectures enabling seamless integration, efficiency, and business agility

o IT Operating Model

Demonstrates strong analytical capability in conducting quantitative and qualitative assessments to derive meaningful business and technology insights

Familiarity with IT cost categorization frameworks and benchmarking methodologies to evaluate cost efficiency and value realization

Understanding of IT / Technology Operating Model components, including strategy, structure, processes, governance, talent, and culture

Experience developing IT strategies aligned to business priorities and designing organization structures, RACIs, and sourcing approaches

Knowledge of IT governance mechanisms, agile ways of working, and transformation approaches to enable effective and sustainable change o IT Sourcing Strategy

Strong understanding of IT sourcing strategies, including insource vs. outsource decisions, vendor portfolio design, and delivery model optimization

Experience leading comprehensive vendor assessments and managing end-to-end sourcing processes, including RFP development and execution

Skilled in establishing governance and vendor management frameworks to ensure effective performance oversight and relationship management

Knowledge of Global Capability Centers (GCC) and shared service models to enable efficiency, scalability, and alignment with business objectives





Experience developing cost optimization and financial modeling strategies to drive sustainable value across technology spend and operations o Enterprise Architecture Design and Governance

Experience designing enterprise architecture frameworks that align with business strategy, technology modernization, and cloud adoption

Understanding of governance processes to manage architecture standards, decision forums, and alignment across technology portfolios Familiarity with contemporary, AI-driven and composable architectures to orchestrate resilient, scalable, and interoperable business ecosystems o IT Application Rationalization

Experience conducting application portfolio assessments to identify optimization, consolidation, and modernization opportunities

Knowledge of cloud enablement strategies to reduce technical debt and improve scalability and resilience

Ability to develop rationalization roadmaps that balance cost efficiency with improved business capability and agility

o Emerging Technology Strategy & Design

Knowledge of emerging and industry technologies and their role in shaping multi-year business and IT strategies

Experience designing technology roadmaps that link innovation initiatives to enterprise architecture and process transformation

Ability to evaluate, pilot, and scale disruptive technologies to strengthen business resilience and competitive advantage

Domain Knowledge (Bonus skillset to have)

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters degree Technology and/or Management (Business Administration) specialization

• 5 - 8 years relevant experience in Consulting, preferably in IT Strategy, Digital Transformation & AI/ML
