1- Drive Education Loan business across the assigned territory and ensure achievement of disbursement, sanction, and sourcing targets

2- Develop and execute territory-specific business plans aligned with organizational objectives

3- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Relationship Managers / Sales Managers within the territory

4- Strengthen relationships with educational institutions, admission consultants, aggregators, and channel partners

5- Identify and onboard recent business partners to expand sourcing networks

6- nsure sustained engagement and business generation from existing partnerships

7- Identify untapped markets and growth opportunities within the assigned geography

8- Work closely with Credit and Operations teams to ensure quality sourcing and healthy portfolio performance
