We are looking for a skilled Lead Internal Auditor to join our team at Solvera Consulting Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing and risk management, with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Conduct internal audits to identify areas of improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Develop and implement audit plans, procedures, and protocols to achieve audit objectives.

- Identify and assess risks associated with business processes and recommend mitigation strategies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement audit recommendations and monitor progress towards remediation.

- Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and provide management with recommendations for improvement.

- Stay current with changes in regulations and industry standards to enhance audit effectiveness.

Job Requirements





- Strong knowledge of auditing principles, practices, and techniques.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Solid problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

- Experience with auditing software and technology is an advantage.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
