Manager Enterprise Sales & Payment Receivables

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated sales professional with experience in Railways, AI,
Industrial Automation, Machine Vision or Enterprise Technology Sales to drive business
growth and manage strategic customer relationships.
The role combines enterprise sales, technical solution consulting, tender management
and payment receivable management.
Key Responsibilities

Drive enterprise sales of AI-powered MVIS solutions across Indian Railways, Metro
Rail, Railway PSUs, OEMs and industrial enterprises.
Build relationships with Railway Board, Zonal Railways, Divisions, RDSO,
production units and key decision-makers.
Manage the complete sales cyclefrom lead generation and technical presentations to
proposal submission, commercial negotiations and order closure.
Track Railway and GeM tenders and coordinate techno-commercial bid submissions.
Work closely with engineering teams during customer demonstrations, PoCs and
project execution.

Manage customer accounts, invoice submissions, payment follow-ups and receivable
collections.

Maintain CRM, sales forecasts and MIS reports.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Engineering; MBA (Marketing/Sales) preferred.
510 years of Enterprise B2B/B2G sales experience,



with 35 years in the
Railway ecosystem preferred.

Experience selling AI, Machine Vision, Industrial Automation, IoT, Enterprise
Software or Capital Equipment solutions.
Proven experience in government tenders, enterprise account management,
commercial negotiations and payment collections.
Technical Knowledge
