We're looking for an experienced Team Leader with a strong background in UG & PG online degree admissions to lead a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage 30+ Admission Counselors through Team Leads.
- Drive admissions, revenue, and team performance.
- Monitor sales KPIs, conversion rates, and productivity.
- Coach, mentor, and develop the sales team.
- Collaborate with university leadership on sales strategy.
- Ensure effective CRM usage and process adherence.
- Eligibility
- 4-10 years of sales experience with 2+ years in team handling.
- preferred experience in EdTech/Higher Education (Degree Programs).
- however candidates with team handling experience in any EdTech sales vertical (Degree, Certification, Test Prep, Study Abroad, K-12, Upskilling, etc.) are encouraged to apply.
- Solid leadership, data analysis, and target-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- MBA preferred.
- Candidates with experience in companies like upGrad, Hero Vired, College Vidya, Jaro Education, Online Manipal, planet spark, masters union, futurense and similar EdTech organizations will be preferred.
