Job Title: Account Manager / Project Manager Location: New Delhi (On-site at Client’s Office) Position Type: Full-Time Reports To: Client Services Director / Business Lead Role Summary We are seeking a proactive and experienced Account Manager / Project Manager to work onsite at a key client’s office in Current Delhi. This role serves as the main bridge between the client and our internal teams, ensuring smooth delivery of campaigns, strong client relationships, and strategic account growth. Key Skills & Requirements Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi Strong understanding of digital marketing, advertising workflows, and web technologies Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders Experience in an advertising or digital agency is preferred Key Responsibilities 1. Client Relationship Management Act as the primary point of contact for the client Build trust and maintain long-term client relationships Ensure client goals are clearly understood and met through agency deliverables Proactively manage expectations and provide strategic guidance 2. Project & Campaign Management Lead end-to-end planning and execution of digital and integrated campaigns Ensure all deliverables are on time, within scope, and budget Coordinate with cross-functional teams (creative, strategy, media, digital, production) Acknowledge/respond to all client emails within 1 hour during working hours Keep internal leadership informed of brand activities and solutions 3. Strategic Planning & Brand Thinking Support the development of strategic briefs and campaign plans Present proposals and creative ideas aligned with business objectives Stay informed on industry trends to offer proactive insights Provide high-level thinking to strengthen brand positioning 4.



Account Growth & Business Development Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling agency services Lead pitch presentations for new campaigns and clients Collaborate with the business development team for client retention and expansion Promote award-worthy work to enhance agency visibility 5. Financial & Budget Oversight Prepare and manage project budgets ensuring profitability Oversee billing, invoicing, and financial documentation Forecast revenue and track account performance 6.
