Key Responsibilities

- Site Supervision: Monitor day-to-day civil construction activities and ensure work as per drawings and specifications
- Quality Control: Check quality of material, workmanship, and ensure safety standards at site
- Execution: Handle RCC work, brick work, plaster, flooring, finishing, and other civil works
- Team Management: Guide and manage masons, labor, and contractors at site
- Planning: Read and interpret drawings, BOQ, and coordinate with project team
- Reporting: Prepare daily progress report, material requirement, and update senior engineer
- Safety: Ensure all safety norms and PPE usage are followed at site
- Labour Control

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 2 Years experience in site supervision / construction
- Skills: Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, site surveying, and construction methods
