- Identify colleges, institutes, NGOs, employment exchanges, and other potential locations for events and activities.

- Conduct seminars and group counseling to generate leads and enquiries.

- Build relationships with stakeholders, including graduates, employers, and third-party vendors.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.

- Manage end-to-end activity, from lead generation to admission selection.

- Coordinate with partners for pre-event activities, such as webpage creation, banner design, advertisement placement, and SMS blast campaigns.

- Initiate database calling for the event and manage the event/activity.

- Conduct one-on-one student assessments and provide career course suggestions based on their education background.

- Propose solutions to student issues and offer various schemes.

- Ensure students receive correct information and follow up with them until doubts are cleared.

- Regularly interact with partners and students, understanding city dynamics and providing proper support.

Job Requirements
