Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Design Management:

- Lead the design and planning process for large-scale residential (group housing) and commercial projects, ensuring the projects meet the client s objectives and vision.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers and contractors to define the project s scope, deliverables, and timelines.
- Develop detailed project plans, including project schedules, resource allocation, and budgets, and ensure that design milestones and deadlines are met.
- Ensure that design documents are comprehensive, accurate, and in compliance with industry standards, building codes, and regulations.

Design Implementation and Quality Assurance:

- Ensure that design intent is faithfully translated into construction, resolving any conflicts or issues that arise during the execution phase.
- Review design documents, ensuring they are accurate, complete, and within scope.




- Maintain high standards of design and quality throughout the project, ensuring compliance with architectural, engineering, and environmental standards

Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design revisions, contracts, meeting minutes, and reports.
- Prepare regular project status reports, including updates on design progress, budget status, risk analysis, and any changes in project scope or timelines.
