We are looking for a highly creative and socially conscious Senior GraphicDesigner to lead the visual communication of impactful development-sectorprojects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in branding,campaign design, infographics, and motion graphics, with the ability totranslate complex social issues into compelling visual narratives.

Key Responsibilities

- Design high-quality creative assets for social and behaviour changecampaigns, public awareness initiatives, reports, presentations, digital media,and print collateral.

- Develop visually engaging infographics, illustrations, and datavisualizations for development communication projects.

- Create and edit motion graphics, explainer videos, and short-formmultimedia content for digital platforms and events.

- Collaborate with communication strategists, researchers, program teams, andcontent writers to conceptualize campaign creatives.

- Ensure consistency in branding and visual storytelling across multipleprojects and stakeholders.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight timelines andquality standards.

- Support creative direction for government, NGO, and public-sectorcommunication initiatives.

Required Qualifications Experience

- 510 years of professional graphic design experience in NGOs, developmentcommunication agencies, multilateral organizations, or public-sector projects.

- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite:

- Adobe Photoshop

- Adobe Illustrator

- Adobe InDesign





- Adobe After Effects

- Adobe Premiere Pro

- Demonstrated experience in:

- Infographic design

- Motion graphics and video editing

- Social campaign creatives

- Digital and print communication materials

- Robust understanding of layout design, typography, colour theory, andvisual storytelling.

- Ability to manage timelines effectively across multiple concurrentprojects.

- Experience working on health, nutrition, education, gender, climate, orsocial impact communication projects will be preferred.
