Role & responsibilities

- To represent the Adhesive/Conformal Coating/Potting Material / speciality chemical solutions for Automotive OEM / Tier 1, Tier 2 manufacturers, EV & Battery Energy Storage system, Electronics manufacturing services and general industrial manufacturing Industries. .
- Establishes professional customer/vendor relationships with appropriate team member including New Product Development , R&D; , Process Engineering , Procurement , Suply chain , Quality & other key personnel)
- Partners with key stakeholders from internal departments, customers and vendors to ensure that the customer's needs are being addressed
- Manage technical qualifications & specifications to serve customer's requirement.




- Work in global environment with different Team members from different countries.
- Sound commercial skills & abilities for value driven sales.
- Strong relationship building at different levels.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in engineering Electronics, Mechanical & Chemical discipline is preferred.
- 5-10+ year's experience in technical sales to manufacturing Industry, with adhesive / electronic component product portfolio.
- Well versed with Sales process for product qualification to commercialization.
