Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Graduation, B.P.Ed., or M.P.Ed.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of sports coaching.
- Certification: Sports Certification from National Federations or SAI/NIS.
- Track Record: Must have played at State or National level.
- Core Traits: Passion for sports, teamwork, and youth development. (1 , 2 )

? Key Responsibilities

Student Performance & Analytics

- Track fitness: Measure student BMI, physical stats, and fitness levels.
- Analyze skills: Identify player strengths and weaknesses to build tailored training plans.
- Scout talent:



Identify gifted students to form competitive school teams.
- Report progress: Maintain individual and class performance records. (1 , 2 )

Coaching & Operations

- Execute training: Deliver structured coaching modules using diverse instruction styles.
- Maintain facilities: Inspect playgrounds, courts, and equipment daily for damage.
- Ensure safety: Guarantee student safety during practice, travel, and tournaments.
- Adapt duties: Handle additional tasks assigned by the Sports Director. (1 )

- Enforce rules: Maintain code of conduct on and off the playground.
- Build character: Inculcate team spirit, sportsmanship, and competitive excellence.
