Role & responsibilities

- Perform assigned duties efficiently and in accordance with company policies.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 510 years of experience in resort, hotel, beach, or hospitality operations.
- Robust knowledge of beach operations, guest services, and safety procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and supervise operational staff effectively.
- Customer-focused with a professional and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
