Job Title:* HR Manager

*Job Summary:*
We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all human resources functions in our logistics company. The role includes recruitment, employee relations, attendance and payroll coordination, Compliance, performance management, compliance with labor laws, and HR policy implementation.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
* Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
* Coordinate payroll and statutory compliance.




* Handle employee relations and grievance resolution.
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
* Support performance management and employee training.
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
* Promote a positive and productive work workplace.

*Requirements:*

* Bachelor degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 3 to 7 years of HR experience, preferably in the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
* Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
