Your Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement scalable AI and cloud-based solutions using Python, AWS services, and PostgreSQL.
- Engage with product owners, business analysts, and global stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Lead code reviews, testing strategies, and deployment activities ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Develop and maintain pharmaceutical forecasting models leveraging analytics, historical data, and cross-functional inputs.
- Collaborate with global teams to deliver insights, analytical presentations, and decision-support materials.
- Perform business analysis, modeling, and automation using SQL, and Python.
- Provide strategic guidance on assumptions, risks, and optimization opportunities in forecasting and AI workflows.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have

- Bachelors or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Python application development (FastAPI or Django or Flask)
- Hands-on experience with AWS application design and deployment.
- Experience with AI governance, guardrails, and internal AI tools.
- Knowledge of AI development of lifecycle practices and AI agent tool design.
- Strong understanding of database design and optimization.
- Strong decision-making and analytical skills.

Additionally, Positive to Have

- Experience with Docker or Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
