Operations Manager (Remote)

About Us

Nyce Renos Inc. is a growing Canadian renovation and construction company specializing in residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee our remote team and ensure that daily operations run efficiently.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily operations across all departments.
- Monitor employee productivity and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Track project progress and follow up on outstanding work.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Improve and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate with estimators, marketing, accounting, and project management teams.
- Assist with onboarding and training new employees.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure deadlines and company standards are consistently met.




- Support management with administrative and operational tasks.

Requirements

- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple people and projects simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a personal computer/laptop.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks is an advantage.
- Previous experience in operations, administration, project coordination, or team management is preferred.
