Customer Support Executive International Voice Process
Location: Gurgaon Cyber City (Work From Office)
Eligibility
- Graduate Freshers with excellent English communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with a minimum of 6 months of Customer Service, International BPO, Voice Process or Contact Centre experience will be preferred.
- Upselling, Cross-selling or Sales experience will be an added advantage.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are mandatory.
- Strong customer handling, listening and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through inbound voice support.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining quality standards.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant products/services through upselling.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally within defined timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Achieve quality, productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
