We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Project Manager to lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation, upgrade, and support projects. The ideal candidate should have robust project management expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience delivering Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.

Position: Fusion HCM Project Manager

Experience: 8-15 Years

Location: PAN India

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and rollout projects.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budget, risks, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
- Drive project planning, resource allocation, status reporting, and governance.




- Ensure successful execution of testing, data migration, integrations, and go-live activities.
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and manage change requests.
- Ensure adherence to PMO standards and quality processes.
- Provide regular project updates to leadership and clients.
