Role & responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of telecallers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Monitor team performance, productivity, attendance, and quality metrics.

Drive sales performance and ensure the team consistently meets business KPIs.

Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance feedback sessions.

Handle day-to-day BPO floor operations and resolve operational issues promptly.

Manage order processing, order tracking, and coordination with internal teams for timely execution.

Monitor call quality and ensure adherence to company processes and SOPs.

Prepare daily MIS reports and performance dashboards.

Handle escalations from customers and team members professionally.

Coordinate with management to improve operational efficiency and team performance.

Maintain discipline, motivation, and a positive work environment on the floor.





Preferred candidate profile

36 years of experience in a BPO/Call Center environment.

At least 1–2 years of experience as a Team Leader or Floor Manager.

Proven track record of consistently achieving team targets.

Strong experience in handling telecalling teams and operations.

Experience in order management and operational coordination.

Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Positive knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.

Preferred Experience

Experience in B2B or B2C sales processes.

Experience managing inbound and outbound telecalling teams.

Familiarity with CRM software and call management systems.
