We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3+ years of post-qualification experience to lead financial reporting, audit management, compliance, and financial governance activities. The role requires strong expertise in management reporting, statutory financial reporting, internal controls, audit coordination, and business partnering within a large corporate or multinational organization. The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, strengthening control frameworks, and supporting strategic decision-making through insightful financial analysis
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Controllership

- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Ind AS and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
- Oversee General Ledger management, journal entries, accruals, provisions, reconciliations, and balance sheet substantiation.
- Develop and present management reports, financial dashboards, KPI scorecards, and executive MIS for senior leadership.
- Analyze financial performance, identify key business drivers, and provide actionable insights to management.

Audit Management & Internal Controls

- Lead and coordinate statutory, internal, tax, and regulatory audits.
- Act as the primary liaison with auditors, ensuring timely closure of audit observations and compliance requirements.
- Strengthen internal financial controls (IFC) and monitor adherence to company policies and governance frameworks.
- Track audit findings, remediation plans, and control improvement initiatives.
- Ensure readiness for audits through robust documentation, process reviews, and compliance monitoring.

Compliance & Risk Management

- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory requirements.




- Monitor evolving regulatory and accounting standards and assess business impact.
- Support risk assessment activities and implement effective financial control mechanisms.
- Ensure adherence to corporate governance standards and compliance frameworks.

Management Reporting & Business Finance

- Prepare variance analysis, profitability reports, cash flow analysis, and business performance reviews.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and FP&A; activities.
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights for strategic and operational decision-making.
- Drive process efficiencies through automation, standardization, and reporting enhancements.

Process Improvement & Systems

- Lead finance transformation initiatives, process optimization, and continuous improvement projects.
- Enhance reporting frameworks, controls, and ERP utilization.
- Support ERP implementation, upgrades, and automation initiatives across finance operations.
- Leverage technology and data analytics to improve reporting accuracy and decision support.

Qualifications & Experience

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- 3+ years of post-qualification experience in Financial Reporting, Controllership, Audit Management, or Corporate Finance.
- Experience in a large corporate, listed company, or multinational organization preferred.
- Robust knowledge of Ind AS, financial reporting standards, internal controls, and statutory compliance.
- Proven experience in managing statutory, internal, tax, and compliance audits.
- Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
