Key Responsibilities

Identity & Access Management

- Design, configure, and maintain Microsoft Entra ID tenants, including users, groups, roles, and access policies.
- Implement and manage Conditional Access, MFA, and passwordless authentication.
- Administer and optimize Entra ID Connect / Cloud Sync for hybrid identity environments.

Security & Governance

- Implement Entra ID Identity Governance, including:
- Access reviews
- Entitlement management
- Lifecycle workflows
- Ensure compliance with Zero Trust and security best practices.

Application Integration

- Integrate SaaS and on-prem applications using:
- SAML
- OAuth
- OpenID Connect
- SCIM provisioning
- Troubleshoot SSO and federation issues.

Monitoring & Automation

- Implement automation using PowerShell, Graph API, and Azure Automation.
- Monitor identity health, sign-in logs, and audit logs.
- Develop dashboards and alerts in Azure Monitor, Sentinel, or related tools.

Collaboration & Support

- Work closely with Security, Cloud, and Infrastructure teams.
- Provide Tier 3 support for identity-related incidents and service requests.
