About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Floor Incharge to oversee day-to-day operations at our PW Vidyapeeth center. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, people-oriented, and eager to take responsibility for ensuring smooth functioning of the academic and administrative floor.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage daily floor operations to ensure efficiency and discipline.

Monitor and maintain inventory of study materials, resources, and equipment.

Coordinate with staff, faculty, and support teams for seamless execution of activities.

Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and organizational protocols.

Provide excellent customer service to students and parents by addressing queries and concerns promptly.

Maintain records, reports,



and ensure timely communication with management.

Drive a positive, professional, and productive setting within the Vidyapeeth center.

What Were Looking For

Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Prior experience in operations, administration, or customer service (preferred).

Graduate or equivalent qualification.
