Overview:

IPE Global is expanding its Sustainable Tourism team and is
looking to hire experienced professionals for the position of Manager to lead
and support high-impact, donor-funded tourism development engagements across
India.

Broad Scope of
Work:

- Responsible for management of projects for key stakeholders
like Government, multilaterals/bilateral, Foundations and International
development agencies, etc.

- Make technically sound presentations to client and prepare
project reports with insightful analysis.

- Manage the project team, lead resource hiring/mobilisation,
ensure work allocation and ensure timely completion of deliverables,
coordination quality assurance.

- Manage internal and external stakeholders through effective
communication, ensuring compliance, and oversee budgeting and financial
management of the project.

- Provide technical guidance to the team on tourism sector
assessments, strategy formulations, conducting surveys and site visits.

- Provide valuable insights and support beyond defined project
boundaries, leveraging expertise to navigate challenges and maximize
project success.

- Support in overall business development and contribute to
overall growth of the sustainable tourism vertical.

Requirements:

- Bachelor of
Architecture / Planning with Masters in Urban Design / Planning / Management
(Finance)



with 5-8 years? of relevant experience in the tourism sector.

- Robust understanding of the tourism sector, institutional
frameworks, and tourism policies.

- Extensive exposure to State Tourism Departments, Ministry of
Tourism (MoT), and Central Government schemes.

- Proven experience in delivering high-value tourism strategy
and planning projects with Government clients.

- Expertise in tourism strategy formulation, project
conceptualisation, feasibility assessments, and project implementation.

- Strong project management, client management, and team
management capabilities.

- Proven experience in business development along with a
vision for business expansion and growth.??

- Excellent presentation and communication skills with strong
analytical skills.

- Highly organized and detail-oriented thinker who can juggle
multiple, competing priorities.

- Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, ESRI ArcGIS,
AutoCAD,? SketchUp.
- Willing to travel to project locations for extended periods
of time.
