Responsibilities

- Assist in relocation and visa coordination for international assignments.
- Maintain accurate records and support compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams for case updates and issue resolution.
- Support reporting and audit preparation.
- Contribute to process efficiency and employee experience.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 15 years of experience in Global Mobility, HR Operations, Immigration, Relocation, or Shared Services.




- Knowledge of international assignment lifecycle and mobility processes.
- Understanding of visa, immigration, and work permit procedures.
- Experience working with HR Shared Services or Global Business Services (GBS/GCC) is preferred.
