- Design and deliver product training programs.
- Conduct classroom and field training sessions.
- Train sales teams, dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Develop product manuals, presentations, demo scripts, and certification modules.
- Coach field teams through live product demonstrations.
- Identify training needs and improve sales capability.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
- Track training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Travel extensively for field coaching and dealer enablement.
Desired Profile
- 5-8 years of experience in Product Training, Sales Training, or Capability Development.
- Experience in Consumer Durables, Home Appliances, Consumer Electronics, Water Purifiers, or similar industries.
- Robust presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Comfortable with extensive field travel.
