About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic MICE Sales Senior Manager to lead and expand our Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions business. The role requires strategic planning, strong client relationship management, and the ability to deliver outstanding corporate event solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the MICE sales team to achieve monthly and annual revenue goals.

- Develop and implement business strategies for corporate events, conferences, and incentive travel.

- Identify and acquire new corporate clients, agencies, and associations for MICE business.

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and proposals with clients and vendors.

- Ensure flawless execution of all events in coordination with the operations and travel teams.

- Prepare detailed performance reports and sales forecasts for management review.

Requirements
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.

- 7+ years of experience in MICE or corporate event sales,



including 3+ years in a managerial role.

- Strong knowledge of event management, travel industry, and destination planning.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and proposal presentation software.
